PARTITIONS:
With hollow bricks of 7, received with cement mortar.
MESHINGS:
Top quality in kitchen and bathrooms.
FLAT SURFACES:
Marble or granite in vertical parameters of main entrance.
GLAZING:
With gypsum paste on walls and ceilings.
PLASTER:
With plates of 1.00 x 0.60 m, received with joints in halls, bathroom and kitchen.
Conventional plaster moulding in every room of house.
CARPENTRY:
Exterior: Doors, balconies and halls, single and double sheeted windows and aluminium sliding doors finished in white and aluminium Venetian blinds.
Interiors: Front door of houses, security reinforced in oak-finished DM. Interior doors finished in oak.
PAVING:
In main entrance and stairway: floor and partition with marble or granite. In houses: with earthenware tiles of top quality, with size and colour to be determined by the technical staff.
KICK PLATES:
With ceramic pieces 5 cm. In height and of the same width as the tile. Reverse paving over the kitchen furniture.
DEFENSES:
Aluminium railing and glass on balconies according to design of façade.
TREATMENT OF FAÇADE:
Colour, single-layer coating.
ELECTRICITY:
Complete installation for four circuits with as many elements as necessary for use and in accordance with the Spanish electrical regulations for low voltage and subsidiary modifications. Galea white electrical installation or similar. Installation grounded. Installation of common ICT telecommunications infrastructures for access to telecommunications services in accordance with Royal Decree 1/1998, 27 February and the regulation developing it with three sockets. Doorbell installation with buzzer at house front door. Installation of intercom and automatic intercom for each housing unit.
